Extra virgin olive oil has no real expiry date. We recommend consuming it within 12-18 months from the bottling date. However, correct storage of the oil helps to maintain its qualities for longer. Here are some tips:
- Temperature: Store the oil away from heat sources in environments between 10 and 20 degrees. Do not store it in the refrigerator.
- Closing: always keep the container hermetically closed. Prolonged opening facilitates oxidation and absorption of foreign odors. Keep the oil away from detergents or hygiene products.
