Information Right of withdrawal and return due to non-conformity
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to articles 64-65 Legislative Decree no. 206/05, within 5 working days from receipt of the products.
To this end, with the form attached here, the customer is now provided with the information required by article 65 paragraph 2 letter a), as follows.
Effective date: begins from the day of receipt of the goods purchased by the consumer where the information obligations referred to in article 52 have been satisfied or from the day on which the latter have been satisfied.
In any case, the customer's obligation to verify the integrity of the product(s) remains valid within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
To start the return procedure, go to the section "My Orders" .
On orders in the Fulfilled status (Invoiced) it will be possible to press the RMA button on the relevant document issued for the return of goods.
