For orders placed before 10.30pm, delivery can take place within 48 hours. Delivery throughout Italy is guaranteed within 24 or 48 working hours from the shipping date depending on the location.

The '' promo code '' is a discount coupon that is provided to you to take advantage of special promotions.
If you have it, all you have to do is enter the code in the field that you can find on the order completion page: the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically.

Generally there are no limits, neither in quantity nor in amount.

If you can't make a payment, try checking these points:
1. Check your credit card limit, availability or expiry date. Very often it happens that the card is about to expire and is not accepted for this reason. However, in the case of rechargeable credit cards, such as Poste Pay cards, it is possible that the availability is not sufficient to complete the purchase.
2. If the problem persists, contact us immediately! If you have already tried several times to complete your order with payment, send us your report via the Contact Us page.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday (with the exception of islands and other remote areas). The delivery time ranges from 9:00 to 18:30. Therefore it is good to organize yourself, at least for the first order, to always find a recipient at the address indicated on the delivery day. It will be solely the description of the courier to call or not to notify of the delivery. For subsequent orders you will know, roughly, what time the courier will arrive.
