POTATO PIE WITH SQUID AND PEAS

Good morning #igers , today I propose an idea for a tasty dinner.... If you want to make a simple seafood dish but rich in taste and aroma, calamari and peas are just perfect for you! In fact, this second course is extremely simple and is perfect even for those who are not great at cooking.
the important thing is to use quality products, such as oil. I used Raguso oil, you can find it on the ecommerce @top_italy_store .

INGREDIENTS
Calamari @mobilpesca_ 800 g
Frozen (or fresh) peas 400 g
Fresh spring onion 1
Dry white wine 100 g
Garlic 1 clove
Raguso extra virgin olive oil @top_italy_store to taste
Salt to taste
400 g boiled potatoes
PREPARATION
You will have to boil the potatoes and mash them with a fork, season with salt, pepper and a drop of oil.
Peel and finely chop the spring onion. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan, add the spring onion and let it soften, then add the peas, add salt and cook for about 10 minutes over medium-low heat.
In the meantime, pour the squid into another pan with another drizzle of oil and the garlic clove. Add the white wine and cook for about 10 minutes over medium-low heat, then remove the garlic from the pan.
At this point add the peas. add a drizzle of oil and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt, and shape the pies with a pastry cutter, place some squid on top
